These Terms apply to Bubble Orchard, a non-commercial game directory published under the public name Bubble Orchard. Contact: support@bubbleorchard.online.

The games are provided by Famobi and load in embedded frames. Famobi’s own terms, privacy choices, ads, cookies, and game systems may apply inside those frames. Bubble Orchard does not own the games, characters, artwork, titles, or trademarks shown in the game frames or provider artwork. All such rights remain with Famobi or the respective owners.

Bubble Orchard’s own site text, layout, and editorial organization may not be copied in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

We try to keep pages and links working, but games may be unavailable, blocked, changed, or removed by the provider or by network/browser settings. Bubble Orchard is provided as-is and without a guarantee that any game will always be available or error-free.

If you believe a page infringes your rights or should be removed, email support@bubbleorchard.online with the affected URL and enough information for us to review the request.

There are no host payments, subscriptions, or refunds in this first release. Any future paid or commercial feature requires a new terms, privacy, and compliance review before launch.

We may update these Terms when the site changes.
